Our project comprises young bank employee candidates who can respond to demands of Turkish banking and finance sector which develop rapidly about 200 years.
At the present day international relations are very important for banking, insurance and finance sectors. Products and methods renovate rapidly in these sectors which become a united whole with global economy and transfer between countries.
These sectors need quality graduates in this dense work environment. Know ledges and talents which acquired in university aren't enough for these sectors’s employment.
Important part of economy and administrative sciences graduates can't find work because of these difficult qualities.
If these senior students know foreign languages and career development, they can find a work easily.
DETAY TRAINING, which gives on the job training to lots of banks, insurance and money-finance firms, works with Trakya University Economy and Administrative Faculty in this project.
Our project includes the most important part of one year professional education programme of thirty senior student's of Trakya University.
Our Project is collective work of on SME and University cooperation.
Mobility activity will continue 6 weeks. It puts in practice between June 01 2009 and December 31 2009. our beneficiaries are divided in to three groups which are banking, insurance and finance. Each group which has 10 beneficiaries will attend overtime works of sectarian firms under the supervision of professional staffs.
Professionals will give seminar about their sectors to our beneficiaries during over time works. They will give information about Europe union sectoral directives, country legislation, sectoral precedent and applicants.
Host Company will prepare some activities to know Europe, host country and sectors. our beneficiaries will gain intercultural experiences. After training period, Host Company will give certificates to the beneficiaries.
Our project will apply after their basic banking which has language, pedagogical and cultural preparations. After mobility, they will take concentrated education about these sectors.
After this education, we will try to find work for all our beneficiaries.
Our partner Trakya University will gain experience to prepare courses about this project and their sectors.
Besides coordinator, sending firm, Detay Training will prepare on the job training courses about these sectors, also they will learn to organize these training with European companies.
